Hideko Kobayashi

Her interest in music began in early childhood. She studied in Japan with Nobuko Funayama and Hiroko Nakamura, then in Russia with Evgeny Mogilevsky, Assanetta Eghisserian, Boris Romanov at the Tchaikovsky Academic Music College at the Moscow State Conservatory, and afterwards at the Moscow State Conservatory with Lev Naumov. Hideko completed her musical education under Noel Flores at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. She is currently Professor of Piano at Tokoha University College in Shizuoka, Lecturer at Ferris University in Yokohama and Professor and Head of the Piano Department at Tokoha University College in Shizuoka, Japan. Among her pupils are prize- winners of international competitions.

Performed in Austria, Japan, Russia and Bulgaria: as a soloist, in chamber ensembles and with orchestras
