This competition will help to ensure the continuity of generations of the Russian performing school, support young musicians at the formation stage of their artistic development and will be considered as a milestone of Russia’s national musical culture, helping to discover new talents.

I am heartily pleased that similar musical projects, which involve such a scale and level of organization, are ready to be implemented in the various regions of Russian Federation
